Job Description :

• Develop, configure, and maintain EDI transactions using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC), Cleo Clarify, and Cleo Harmony.

• Implement business process automation and optimize B2B workflows for logistics operations.

• Set up and manage communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, VAN) for secure data exchange with freight forwarders, carriers, shippers, and warehouses.

• Create and manage EDI maps for ANSI X12 (204, 210, 214, 856, 997), EDIFACT (IFTMIN, IFTSTA, INVOIC, DESADV), XML, and flat file formats.

• Work with trading partners to onboard and test new EDI integrations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Integrate EDI transactions with TMS, WMS, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, CargoWise, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI mapping errors, transmission failures, and partner connectivity issues.

• Monitor and enhance data flows, ensuring the reliability and performance of EDI transactions.

• Maintain documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and troubleshooting guides.
