Summary:
As a Client Account Lead, you will engage with clients to provide expert advice and thought leadership, shaping solutions that address their critical business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to drive sales growth, expanding service offerings, and ensuring the profitable delivery of solutions tailored to a portfolio of accounts or a significant single account. You will play a pivotal role in influencing client strategies and fostering strong relationships, ensuring that the services provided align with their evolving requirements and expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in account management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with client relationship management tools.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Account Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
