Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will oversee the application architecture and deployment in various cloud platform environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cloud adoption strategies, designing cloud applications, and ensuring effective management and monitoring of cloud resources. You will engage in discussions to influence key decisions and provide expert guidance on best practices in cloud architecture, ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals and meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems for high-traffic, real-time environments.
- Architect AWS native serverless solutions using relevant AWS native services.
- Architecting Agentic and MCP solutions.
- Estimate effort to support accurate planning and budgeting.
- Define cloud infrastructure requirements for platform team.
- Optimize performance and cost across AWS services using CloudWatch and observability tools.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance.
- Mentor teams on AWS architecture patterns and best practices.
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of cloud technologies.
- Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing architectures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 15+ years overall experience, with 6+ years in cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in any 3 AWS services such as AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, SES, Apache Kafka (MSK), Amazon S3, Aurora (PostgreSQL), Dynamo DB
- AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Agentic AI architecture exposure. Effective Prompting and Amazon Q exposure
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices, cloud security and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification., AWS ML specialist certificate
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting for cloud deployment and management.

Additional Information:
- 15+ years overall experience, with 6+ years in cloud architecture
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
