Job Title: Endpoint Management – Team Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Team Lead to oversee daily operations related to endpoint device management, security compliance, and end-user computing support. The role involves leading a technical team responsible for managing Windows, Mac, and mobile devices while ensuring smooth deployment, patching, and policy management using modern endpoint management tools. The Team Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality, improve processes, and ensure timely resolution of endpoint-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team responsible for endpoint device management and support activities.
Oversee Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, management, and troubleshooting.
Manage Windows 11 devices including patch management, vulnerability remediation, OS version upgrades, and configuration policy management.
Ensure effective deployment and management of applications using Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager), and Group Policy (GPO).
Manage endpoint security and compliance policies across enterprise devices.
Oversee Microsoft 365 related troubleshooting and support for end users.
Provide guidance on general desktop troubleshooting and endpoint-related issue resolution.
Manage mobile devices (Android and iOS) using Microsoft Intune including enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
Oversee Mac device management using Jamf, including device configuration, patching, and policy enforcement.
Coordinate application packaging and deployment for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to support vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance initiatives.
Monitor service delivery, track incidents/requests, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and provide technical guidance to team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in endpoint management.
