Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary: As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and Accenture's operations teams, facilitating support and managing escalations. Your typical day will involve communicating the health of service delivery to stakeholders, addressing performance issues, and ensuring that cloud orchestration and automation capabilities function effectively. You will also hold performance meetings to discuss data trends and consumption metrics, ensuring that services meet target service level agreements with minimal downtime. Your role is crucial in maintaining a seamless connection between client needs and operational execution, fostering a collaborative environment for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on service delivery. - Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders to highlight trends and areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration. - Experience with cloud orchestration tools and automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of service level agreements and performance metrics. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with monitoring tools to assess system performance and reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
