• • CUCM, IMP, CUC,CER, Analog/Digital Gateways, Hardware and Software media Resources
  • Protocols H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
  • Basic Understanding for UCS Servers and VMware Virtualisation
  • Consulting and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Understating of DNS,DHCP,TFTP,NTP and LDAP

• Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role)

• • Programming skills in Java/Python
  • Understanding of Cisco Video Solution
