Skills & Experience requisites :

• Graduate / Post graduate with 5+yrs of exp, with at least 2yrs as a Team Lead or Manager for In-house collection agents
• Pan india exp preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Prior experience with Tele Collections for credit / loans, preferably unsecured loan products.
• Prior CRM integration & experience
• Prior experience managing in-house calling teams handling loan recall / reconciliation calls
• Proven skill in negotiation
• Prior experience in collections lifecycle to configure collection comms.
