General Summary:
About Qualcomm India CSR: Qualcomm India’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are focused on creating long‑term social impact through STEM Education, enabling Persons with Disabilities with Education & Livelihood interventions and local community programs. This job role requires CSR related skills – Project Management, Monitoring & Impact Reporting, Partner Management, Budget Analysis, Proposal & Budget Reviews, Understanding of CSR Laws & Statutory requirements, CSR Updates & Presentation, Employee Engagement, Manage program data, track results against indicators, etc.
Job Overview:
- Generating proposals in alignment to Qualcomm’s strategy, NGO due diligence, monitoring & evaluation
- Ability to evaluate CSR proposals with expected outcomes and align expectations with NGOs to design, prepare budget and implement.
- Assist in creating monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with the project’s Theory of Change / Logframe and Timelines.
- Ensure project implementation in alignment with the objectives and annual plans through field visits, utilization analysis and regular interactions with the NGO’s team
- Monitor projects to ensure compliance with CSR laws, track fund utilization, and facilitate annual impact assessments.
- Proactively engage, interpret and assess the gaps for the projects and provide technical assistance to address the issues
- Ensure regular data collection, cleaning, and analysis to track program outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators of the CSR programs.
- Produce top-quality M&E and Project Update reports for all projects in a timely manner
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, agreements, internal systems, documentation, reporting, supplier onboarding, and payment processing.
- Ensuring Compliance with all applicable CSR regulations with relevant data and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments and plan with NGOs to organize regular employee volunteering programs
Requirements:
- Excellent Project Analytical Skills, expertise in Presentation & Project documentation
- Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Systems thinking skills for proactive actions
- Demonstrated managing multiple stakeholder relationships
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work/Rural Development/related fields
- Min. 2 years of Experience in implementing robust CSR projects in geographically diverse locations
