Job Description (Posting).
The Role:
- As a Migration Basis & DB Expert, you will be responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer, solution roadmap development.
- Analyze and implement SAP support methodology.
- Bring comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and migration path.
- Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtualization technologies (e.g., load-balancer, virtual machine etc.).
- Ability to own, lead ,Execute and coordinate migration related tasks and activities.
- Deliver high quality migration service to ensure stable operations.
What you bring
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP Technical Administration (preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill)
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).
- Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to coordinates delivery and projects as a technical lead in a heterogeneous environment.
- Good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and migration paths and tools.
- Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscale Clouds (AWS; MS Azure or GCP).
- Experience on at least 1 Brownfield OS/DB migration to any hyperscalers (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Certified on SAP S/4HANA conversion and OS/DB Migrations will be beneficial.
- Solid understanding as well as experience in SAP HANA/ASE
- Additional knowledge on SQL/MaxDb desirable
- Experience in Technical Architecture/Implementation/Change Management approaches
- Expert across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.
- Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
