RPA System Admin

Consultant

We are looking for an RPA System Admin to manage and optimize our RPA platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform maintenance, bot runner configuration, license management, and ensuring production stability. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to system management.

• Administer and maintain the RPA platform to ensure stability and performance
• Configure and manage bot runners to optimize resource allocation
• Oversee license management and compliance
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues and proactively prevent new system impacts
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to support RPA operations
• Implement best practices for system administration and automation governance
• Monitor system health and generate reports on performance and usage
• Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements for RPA platforms

• Experience in RPA system administration and platform management, preferably Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with bot runner configuration, orchestrators, RPA environments and license management
• Preferred experience with UiPath and PowerApps RPA
• Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Agile delivery experience
• Precision in managing configurations and monitoring system performance, ability to swiftly diagnose and resolve technical issues, strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize platform stability
• Strong desire for continuous learning
• Experience in monitoring tools and generating system performance reports
