Consultant - AI developer

Looking for candidate with expertise in application and agentic AI development using Microsoft power apps and Copilot studio platforms .As part of copilot studio CoE in corporate function IT, will be responsible for building solutions and prototypes using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI solutions within the organization.  Responsible for ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Also to lead POCs and prototype for building and evaluating new M365  solutions coming in the market. 

As a developer in IT team, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead design, development and deployment of solutions and prototypes using copilot studio, power apps, power automate and power BI
• Develop and code robust Agentic AI solutions , services, and libraries, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Build and optimize user interfaces using Copilot studio UI and power apps
•  Ensuring adherence to best practices, governance and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with business teams/functions to translate requirements into Agentic AI technical solutions suitable to deploy in a MS teams environment 
• Good understanding of Agile and SDLC practices 
• Drive digital transformation – deploy small to medium scale automations using “low code/no code” technologies
• Work closely with product and testing teams to ensure that AI products are developed/ launched according to specifications and timelines.
•  Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews , testing and devops practices. 
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in power platform , copilot studio and AI integrations

• Work experience
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions in power platform
• Experience in configuring and customizing Copilot for enterprise workflows.
• Ability to build and deploy custom copilots using Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and integration with M365 services.
• Proven experience with any AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, and cloud platforms like Azure will be added advantage
• Strong background in software development, including experience with low code platforms like power platform  
• Experience working AI projects through all phases, from prototype to production. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development will be added advantage

Mandatory  Skills 

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and try new approaches/methodologies
• Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in designing and coding agentic AI/Copilot studio /power virtual agent solutions/AI builder solutions .
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, model optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with a strong understanding of web architecture and design principles will be added advantage
• Proficiency in power apps  development and deployment, particularly 

.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in MS power platform(PL-600, PL-400)
• AI builder, Azure OpenAI , Copilot studio , AI/ML, cloud computing, or software engineering are advantageous.
