Roles and responsibilities

  • Experience of SPM, Incentive Compensation Implementation experience such as Varicent and Xactly. Experience on Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan is a plus.
  • ICM experience designing, developing, and maintaining ICM models and reports with at least three full lifecycle implementations of a ICM model.
  • Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
  • Experience in use of ICM modules (eg: Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, Workflows, Presenter).
  • Experience in Python/ JS.
  • Good to have knowledge on Symon.AI.
  • Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes.
  • Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning. Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.
  • Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Support practice development initiatives, which includes innovation, knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.

Education / professional

qualifications

BE/BTech/MCA/ MBA or Experience in the required field.

Prior Experience:

The candidate must have of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.

Experience & Background

  • Experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work
  • Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery for projects.

  • Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required.
