Consultant - Finance and Reporting Management - Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Invoice generations - Manages and implement revenue adjustments, support in creation and processing of revenue supporting and documents.
  • Reconciliation of business KPI’s – Comparing transactions and records to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • P/L tracking, evaluation operational data, prepare reports and providing insights.
  • Trend analysis, variance analysis of hours (Planned vs actual)
  • Draw insights from historical dataset and other data analytics.
  • Maintain consolidated database, analyze the data set in detail; support leadership to enhance data quality; compare data month on month and report observations and findings
  • Handle various operational and reporting activities including reports and trackers, timelines, and monthly status reports. 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, preferably Alteryx in addition to Excel
  • Support Leadership with other ad-hoc requests for special events and meetings

 

 

Role summary:

The KDN FinOps reporting support, will work with KDN leadership and other stakeholders to achieve operational excellence within the newly formed KDN organization (in 2022). This individual will lead & support Finance and operational team members to support monthly KPI’s and meeting the SLA’s without any exception.

Expected Skillset:

  • Strong expertise in Finance and operations domain (FinOps)
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced level proficiency
  • Proficient in English communication (written and oral)

 

Experience & Knowledge (Indicate the experience and knowledge required to perform the job at a fully competent level)

  • Should be a professional with Operations & Finance knowledge
  • Advanced Excel is a must, good PowerPoint and Alteryx knowledge as well will be preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, PowerBi applications will be a value add
  • A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years related experience in financial domain and should also have operations knowledge (FinOps background will be preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce must, Master’s degree preferred.
