Role Details:
Roles and Responsibilities

• Leverage Data to solve key business problems from the clients. They will be 
• working on identifying or creating data driven solutions to solve key problems in the industry.
• Prior experience in Financial services or Payments industry is preferred (Visa, Mastercard, American express and discover) or any banking domain expertise
• Ability to architect and design reporting solutions based on client needs.
• Project Management skills along with Strong communication skills, client management skills.
• Problem Solving, Team & People management
• Technical capabilities in data engineering (SQL, Pyspark) and visualization (Tableau / power BI)
• Preference with domain knowledge in financial services

Mandatory technical skills

• Leading and managing the end-to-end project management like brainstorm, design, approach, scope, timelines, delivery and transition based on client requirements
• Hands on coding Python, SQL, Pyspark- mandatory
• Good to have BI and Tableau skills
• Knowledge of cloud concepts on GCP for data retrieval and data movement
• SQL, Analytics, consultancy background (ideally), modelling, Performance and 
• Predictive analytics -- mandatory
• Basic FS domain knowledge
• Database design
• PySpark- good to have.

Mandatory non-technical skills

• Client handling and communication skills
• Project/ team / people management
• Work from client location
