Consulting Technical Mgmt Manager

Proven experience in managing BI & Data Warehousing projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Typically manages individual contributors. monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). 

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and other Oracle BI tools.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Business Intelligence solutions.

Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting.

Hands-on experience in data modeling (Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, cloud architecture, and data warehousing
