Content Analyst
Content Analyst is a strategic role responsible for leading critical projects, handling BAU operations, resolving client queries, and driving key business outcomes. The position emphasizes delivering infrastructure improvements, process automation, task and customer management, and supporting DCC reduction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support high-impact projects, including PGCC audits and Time Series Improvement plans for Commodities pricing.
- Collaborate with team managers and specialists to implement operational improvements such as MOW and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide support during incidents, data recovery efforts, and service desk operations, including handling Service Cloud cases and client communications.
- Coordinate testing, migrations, and upgrades affecting production environments, ensuring all change plans are approved and driven optimally.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and multi-functional teams to align on business goals and results.
- Resolve client queries efficiently while mentoring junior team members to improve their analytical skills and strengthen partner relationships.
- Drive initiatives passionate about process simplification and innovation.
- Implement specific projects as assigned by the manager, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Implement change control procedures, data operations standards, and compliance with current data policies.
- Partner with team leaders and senior staff to identify and close skill gaps within the team.
- Represent the desk in broader forums, including MTTR Metrics and DCC discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Good understanding of Commodities Content, DSS, and Elektron migrations.
- Proficiency with tools such as NDA, DSS suite, and basic SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to lead projects, address issues, and deliver reliable solutions.
- Expertise in operational strategy and decision-making.
Additional Information:
- Prior knowledge of the Commodities data set is a strong advantage.
- Experience in Customer engagement and business engagement is required.
