Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring high‑quality data on Workspace/EIKON by maintaining, validating and delivering accurate Ownership/Profiles content in a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Process and maintain data accurately and promptly in internal databases using technical and financial knowledge.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve data-related queries.
  • Build expertise in data issues and develop strong knowledge of financial regulations and market conventions.
  • Utilize available tools and support systems to enhance data quality and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, quality, timeliness, and completeness as per company requirements.
  • Participate in testing new database or application releases and provide user feedback.
  • Support and contribute to specific projects assigned by the manager.
  • Adhere to change‑control processes, data standards, and all operational procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality and efficient data consistently.
  • Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve data problems.

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to resolve data queries, including direct customer communication.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both internally and externally.
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and shareholding/insider terminology.
  • Willingness to work across different shifts.
  • Customer‑focused mindset.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and business needs.
  • Strong time‑management skills to ensure on‑time delivery.
