JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Research Analyst -Japanese Language, is responsible for the maintenance of database administration and sourcing of the Financial Markets exchange and supplied data for ESG content, mostly reported in Japanese Language. Support other staff or be responsible for the contributor relationship between the company and the local exchange, contributor or data supplier for day-to-day operations ensuring that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential day to day responsibilities.

> Process and maintain ESG data accurately and in a timely manner on ESG database for English and Japanese language reported companies.

> Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per ESG Standards.

> Work effectively within teams, proactively identifying and resolving problems. Communicate & collaborate closely with internal and external.

> Data contributors/collaborators for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers.

> Supports Integration projects, as assigned by the Team Leader.

> Proactively determine and resolve data problems

> Train or support less experienced team members

Qualification/Competency:

● Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in speaking, writing and translating Japanese language is required and is responsible to cover the Japanese markets.

● Graduation or post-graduation or an equivalent degree in Japanese language is a must (preferably N3 and above).

● Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

● Ability to work well under pressure, independently, as well as within a team environment. Strong critical thinking, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with internal/external clients to determine needs

● Proven analytic and problem- solving skills, Innovation and initiative Attention to details.

● Flexibility to work in any shift depending on business requirement.
