Description

Ceragon is seeking an experienced Sub-Contractor Coordinator to be based at a Ceragon subcontractor site.

This role provides an opportunity to support Ceragon’s global Supply Chain organization by serving as an on-site interface between Ceragon HQ and the local subcontractor in India and contributing to effective supply chain execution.

The Sub-Contractor Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring subcontractor deliverables, supporting operational risk tracking, and ensuring day-to-day activities align with Ceragon’s priorities and performance Targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Ceragon’s on-site representative at the sub-contractor facility in India.
• Coordinate and track subcontractor deliverables in line with Ceragon requirements and priorities.
• Support ongoing risk management activities, including identification, tracking, mitigation follow-up, and escalation of unresolved issues to Ceragon HQ when required.
• Coordinate the following operational processes:

1. Execution of production plans according to priorities set by Ceragon HQ
2. Follow-up and coordinate of rework activities
3. Track all work orders with the subcontractor.

• Facilitate clear communication, transparency, and alignment between Ceragon HQ and the subcontractor organization.

Requirements

• Results-oriented professional with experience working in matrix or cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, honest, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory.
• Experience with Oracle ERP – an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.
