Job Summary:
The Corporate Communications team at PhonePe is responsible for shaping the external narrative for the PhonePe payments business and its subsidiaries, with creative storytelling. We are looking for a skilled writer to join our Content team and craft impactful stories that reflect the innovation within our fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will produce sophisticated, user-friendly content while seamlessly navigating brand, legal, and compliance frameworks. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily upkeep of the PhonePe corporate website. This includes creating and maintaining landing pages, updating banners, refreshing illustrations, and ensuring all business metrics are updated.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of new PhonePe Group websites from scratch. You will act as the project lead, coordinating content, design, and development efforts to bring new sites to life.
- Own and maintain all website copy across product pages, landing pages, and feature updates to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Ideate and produce high-quality content for the Corporate Blog, Tech Blog and Business Resources, including articles, case studies, and testimonials.
- Manage video content initiatives end-to-end. You will be responsible for conceptualizing scripts, overseeing production, and managing external stakeholders to deliver high-quality video assets.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize web content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Monitor and analyze web performance metrics (Pageviews, Click-through Rates, Bounce Rates) to refine content strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Business teams to support initiatives and launches.
- Provide rigorous content reviews and editorial support for other teams as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hold on content
- Design proficiency and basic knowledge of tools such as Figma
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Strapi
- UI/UX Understanding for Web and Mobile view
- Understanding of Website architecture
