Senior Maintenance Engineer - SMT Testing and Inspection

Communication during shift change over.

Should maintain 5S, safety at his workplaceMaintaining the uptime of the machine.

Responsible for break down maintenance and PM of Testing and inspection machines (ICT- SPEA, SPI-Kohyoung, AXI-Viscom , OMRON and AOI-Mirtec).

Responsible for break down maintenance and PM  of DMC laser printer.

Effectively escalate the open points and major breakdowns to Suppliers and close it with in shortest period.

Should work for reducing the Maintenance CostSpare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts.

Keep MTTR below the target level Should be able to handle entire SMT line independently.

Find the R.C through 5why analysis as per the defined criteriaShould have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines.

Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg:8DShould predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)

Should work for controlling the scrap and droppage Should work on Continuous improvement

Responsible for individual target and department target

Should work in 3 shifts operation and reports to Maintenance shift LeaderEnsure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and ensure the team also follows the same

Diploma in Electrical / Electronicsand communication / Mechatronics Engineering

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical /Electronics and communication / Mechatronics Engineering

Should have worked in Electronic manufacturing industries

SMT process knowledge , Pneumatic and Electrical trouble shooting 

Experience in Inspection & Testing machines programing and troubleshooting 

Should be team playerShould have learning attitude, self learner / ability to self-learnShould be self motivated

Should take initiative to achieve the goalMaintains Good cooperation with Cross functional team
