Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud CX Functional professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle Cloud CX solutions, providing technical support, and ensuring the seamless integration of these solutions into our existing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud CX, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle Cloud CX solutions, including CPQ and Customer Data Management.
• Analyze and understand business requirements, and design and configure Oracle Cloud CX solutions to meet these requirements.
• Manage and analyze customer data, including segmentation, data cleansing, and data integration.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, including providing support and guidance, and communicating project progress and issues.
