Experience and skills requirements: • Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communication. • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in communication design domain in the IT industry. • Sound knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premier, After Effects and MS office tools like PowerPoint and Word. Work with sales team to develop emailers, campaign branding, webinars, and presentations for internal and external audiences. • Turn ideas into a comprehensive creative brief using information design practices while collaborating with the sales team. • Bring together elements like colour, imagery, and text to create layouts and the overall presentation to convey a message for a proposal or campaign. • Manage multiple concurrent creative assignments, establishing connects with internal stakeholders to produce high quality deliverables in a defined timeframe, while remaining flexible in dealing with changing schedules and multiple points of views. • Keep pace with and implement innovative branding and graphic visualization ideas via research on latest creative design trends. • Design PowerPoint and Word documents, animated presentations, emailers, sales collaterals, posters, handouts, and sales videos for proposals and client meetings.
