Credit Support Manager - Vice President

As a Credit Support Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will ensure compliance with credit agreement terms for a diverse borrower portfolio. Your expertise in interpreting financial covenants is crucial for assessing borrower adherence and identifying defaults. You use advanced conflict management skills to navigate disputes and facilitate solutions. Your role involves strategic planning, critical thinking, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth lending operations. Job responsibilities 
  • Lead the assessment of compliance with credit agreement terms for a diverse portfolio of borrowers, utilizing advanced critical thinking and strategic planning skills. 
  • Interpret complex financial and other covenants in credit agreements, leveraging deep knowledge of lending services to determine borrower adherence or default. 
  • Manage potential disputes and conflicts, employing advanced conflict management strategies to facilitate discussions and create mutually beneficial solutions. 
  • Oversee the development and execution of operational plans, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and adherence to established policies and practices. 
  • Mentor and guide a team of professionals, fostering their development and growth while maintaining a resilient and organized approach to task management. 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Extensive expertise, with over seven years of experience in managing credit agreement compliance for a diverse portfolio of borrowers. 
  • Skilled in interpreting complex financial and other covenants in credit agreements, focusing on identifying borrower adherence or default. 
  • Proven expertise in conflict management, with a track record of facilitating discussions and creating mutually beneficial solutions in a financial setting. 
  • Experienced in leading the development and execution of operational plans within a lending services environment, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. 
  • Demonstrated ability in mentoring and guiding a team of professionals in a financial services setting, fostering their development and growth. 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Expert in driving continuous improvement and process automation to optimize lending workflows, with strong digital literacy skills. 
  • Skilled in creating quantitative reports to track performance and support strategic planning. 
  • Proficient in leading project management efforts to ensure the successful execution of lending service initiatives.
