CRM Manager - Construction / Real Estate

• 5+ year of experience 

• Salary Per Month CTC Rs.50,000/- to Rs.75,000/- only

• Mandatory Real Estate Industry with the experience of residential project.

• Ready to join immedieately

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring execution of all Back office Sales Administration operations like Builder Buyer Agreement, Payment Receipts etc.

• Handling the bookings, login in CRM.

• Preparation of Company MIS DSR.

• Maintaining Files and Documents Records.

• Handling post sales query through emails and calls.

• Formatting Issuing document to clients (Credit Note, transfer document, Demand letter Receipts etc).

Desired Skills and Experience:-

• Candidate must be presentable and good communication skill

• Working knowledge of MS Office , Excel.

• Good knowledge of CRM procedures of real estate.

• Working knowledge of MS Office , advance Excel.
