Junior Quality Support / Administration

• Analyzing the Customer Drawing and routing the path of wiring harness
• Layout checking for new part Number drawing & implementation
• Updating the ECN changes to meet the Customer request as their needs
•  Verifying the process details for wiring harness.
• Decreasing the internal rework and rejection by applying new methods and changing the assembly process flow.
• Interacting with the User Dept for analyzing the requirements and necessary actions to carried out for improving the product quality.
• Master board, ROB, Mylar & Vision validation.
• Layout release and Visual aid release.
• New line setup Audit and line release.
• Master harness & Poke Yoke harness readiness as per customer requirement.
• Process monitoring and inspection.
• Patrol inspection.
• Offline continuity checking as per customer requirement.
• Inspect and monitoring the in-process & final inspection for new product.
• Panduit gun validation.
