Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will design the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, creating architectural designs, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to address challenges and refine the architecture, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of performance and security.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve performance testing processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of application architecture principles.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing solutions.
- Resource should have Neoload Experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
