Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet the needs of the client or project. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and support the overall success of the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Experience with system integration and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to manufacturing systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
