Summary: As a Manager - Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead technical architecture and solution design on Salesforce engagements, guiding multiple teams through technical strategy, delivery, and innovation. You will ensure Salesforce solutions (for Sales, Service & other Industry clouds) and GenAI solutions are integrated in line with platform capabilities and client business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep technical knowledge and experience.
Architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds
Define and enforce architecture standards and best practices across teams
Build intelligent use cases using Einstein Copilot, CopadoAI, or Agentforce agents
Architect and review GenAI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, Agentforce, and MCP
Drive adoption of AI-assisted delivery tools across the SDLC
Own estimation, technical risk identification, and mitigation plans.
Lead client workshops and provide architectural governance
Should have influencing and advisory skills
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology delivery.

Must Have Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture
Strong leadership, technical delivery oversight, stakeholder management
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture
Experience with integration patterns and data migration strategies
Ability to design scalable and secure technical solutions
DevOps (Copado or others), Integration, Data Migration
Experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI use cases, Prompt engineering, RAG
Certifications Required:
Salesforce System Architect & Application Architect – Mandatory
CTA - Strongly preferred
Agentforce Specialist – preferred
