Summary:
As a Technical Consultant for Medidata RAVE, you will engage in the technical support of client Medidata platform. Your typical day will involve providing technical SME support and developing technical solutions and providing L3 support for the Medidata system. You will also participate in discussions with client to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Proficiency in Rave setup, architect, EDC, and integrations, knowledge of how studies are build, good knowledge Rave core configuration, custom functions, and the Global Library.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Maintenance and support or CTMS applications built on Medidata Platform
-Experience in GXP Process and follow the client GXP Process for application maintenance

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Medidata Product (CTMS) Experience is must.
-Life Science R&D Experience in Application Development / Application Support is must.
-Should have experience with Medidata Rave development / Configuration.
- MustTo Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.
- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to life sciences applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
