Job Description:

- Workday Integration Certification (Optional)
- Experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of various sizes and increasing complexity levels.
- Experience with gathering requirements, design, prototyping, and testing of Workday Integration solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Proficiency in implementation and debugging of Custom Reports, EIB s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
- General knowledge across all Workday functional areas.
- Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications that integrate seamlessly across various systems.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
