Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and guiding the development process to align with project goals. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile project management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Solid understanding of project management best practices, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
