- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software engineering.
