Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes, and actively participating in problem-solving discussions to drive innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Embedded Android App Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with Android SDK and related technologies. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Embedded Android App Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
