Summary
The Senior Analyst – Production Support will be responsible for monitoring operational queues, providing Level 2 production support, and ensuring system stability for Workforce Management (WFM) platforms such as UKG Kronos and Workforce Software (WFS). The role includes incident management, issue troubleshooting, queue monitoring, and coordination with IT and business stakeholders to maintain high system availability and service performance.

Key Responsibilities
Providing L2 production support for WFM applications including Kronos and WFS.
Investigate and resolve system incidents, defects, and user-reported issues.
Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of production issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Participate in incident bridges and major incident management processes.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues.
Maintain documentation for known errors and workarounds.

Professional & Technical Experience
3-5 years of experience in production support or application support roles.
Hands-on experience with WFM platforms such as Kronos or WFS.
Experience in production support and application monitoring.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
Knowledge of batch job monitoring and system integrations.
Knowledge of workforce management processes (timekeeping, scheduling, attendance).
Experience working in ITIS / ITIL service environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Production Support role.
A 15 years full time education / BTech/ MBA HR.
Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement.
