Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions.
- Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance practices.
