Summary:
As a Senior Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the development process to ensure alignment with project goals through Scrum of scrums and Product Owner Sync. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing guidance and support to your team members while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be a senior Scrum Master
- Understanding of SAFe principles and it s implementation on ground
- Facilitating PI planning
- Supporting iteration execution
- Improving flow
- Building high-performing teams
- Improving ART Performance
- Guide and coach, the teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Should be well versed in Estimation and story slicing techniques and able to help team
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Owner to priorities the product backlog.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible to remove impediments
- Participate and manage Scrum of Scrums and Product Owner sync connect
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company
- Should be able to understand KPI & OKRs and able to guide teams

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. Good to have SAFe Certified Scrum Master or relevant experience
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum & Kanban framework.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. And minimum 2 years working in SAFe environment.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
