Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
