Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and translating them into functional software, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, as you navigate the complexities of software development and strive to meet project deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
