Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Analyst (SE) with strong expertise in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, FME, and enterprise geospatial data management. The ideal candidate will have experience in data model creation, data editing, and managing enterprise geospatial datasets, with a focus on utility and power domains. This role requires a deep understanding of ESRI technologies and the Utility Network Model (UNM) to support enterprise GIS initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain geospatial data models aligned with utility and enterprise requirements.

Perform data editing, validation, and transformation using ArcGIS Desktop and FME.

Manage and administer ArcGIS Enterprise environments, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Support enterprise geospatial data management initiatives, including integration with utility systems.

Implement and configure ESRI Utility Network Model (UNM) for power utility workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver GIS solutions tailored to utility and power sector operations.

Provide technical expertise in ArcGIS, FME, and ESRI geospatial platforms to optimize workflows.

Document processes, standards, and best practices for GIS data management and enterprise integration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, and FME.

Strong knowledge of data model creation, editing, and enterprise geospatial data management.

Hands-on experience with ESRI Utility Network Model (UNM).

Domain expertise in utilities (power, electricity distribution, transmission).

Solid understanding of GIS concepts, geospatial analysis, and ESRI technologies.

Ability to work with large-scale enterprise datasets and ensure data quality.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru /Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
