Summary: Test Manager should able to do end to end testing for SAP programs such as S/4HANA and integrated legacy systems. The role is accountable for defining and executing the overall test strategy, coordinating across global and regional teams, and ensuring high quality delivery throughout all test phases. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management for SAP project. - Developing and governing the test approach across SIT, E2E, Regression, UAT, and Performance testing. - Managing complex SAP integrations, data migration testing, and multi system dependencies. - Setting up and monitoring defect management, triage processes, and consolidated test reporting. - Leading onshore/offshore test teams and coordinating with multiple vendors. - Must to have lead SAP project experience as test manager and possess good knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with agile project management tools is an added advantage. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
