Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Technical Development Configuration Integration Experience in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX is an added advantage
Ability to work on Teamcenter PLM development projects.
Should be able to understand the requirements and design/build Teamcenter solutions
Should have past experience in ITK, RAC customization, C/CPP, Java programming.
Should be able to create and maintain the Teamcenter PLM data model
Should have experience in Workflow designing, Change Managment, Structure Manager, Projects, PLMXML, Access Manager, Saved Queries, Dispatcher,
Should have experience in source code management tool
7. TC upgrade experience would be added advantage.
8. CAD integration related experience would be preferred.


Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience in Teamcenter PLM Solution Design,Teamcenter BMIDE.
Hands on Teamcenter configurations and customizations experience.
Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, all core Teamcenter modules and IPEM CAD integration
Experience on Active Workspace
Work on Agile delivery methodology.
Experience with any ERP integration would be added advantage.


Additional Information:
7-9 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation projects
Assign task for team members and follow-up on closure.
Provide expertise in resolving issues/trouble shooting.
Excellent communication skills
