Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Consultant to join our Oracle practice at the Team Lead level. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of complex Fast Formulas for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, provide guidance to junior team members, and collaborate with clients to ensure optimal solution delivery.
This role demands a strong understanding of HCM business processes, configuration, and a deep expertise in Fast Formula logic across modules like Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Eligibility

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
o Absence Management
o Payroll
o Benefits
o Eligibility Profiles
Work closely with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Fast Formula logic.
Design, code, test, debug, and optimize formulas to support evolving business needs.
Review work products from junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with other technical teams for integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and BIP Reports as needed.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and performance tuning.
Maintain documentation of technical designs and formula logic.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Fast Formula development.
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, especially:
o Absence Management
o Payroll
o Benefits
Hands-on experience with:
o HCM Data Loader (HDL)
o HCM Extracts
o BI Publisher Reports
Strong command over PL/SQL, logic structuring, and formula debugging.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Experience working in global delivery and multi-stakeholder environments.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with OTBI and HCM Security.

Additional Information:
