Summary
The candidate should have a strong understanding of order lifecycle management, fulfillment strategies, and multi-channel order processing. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing Oracle Order Management and Order Orchestration solutions to support seamless order processing across multiple channels. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable and efficient order management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and Fit-Gap Analysis for Oracle Order Management and Order Orchestration capabilities.
Translate business processes into detailed solution designs and functional specifications.
Configure Oracle Order Management and Order Broker workflows in alignment with business requirements.
Design and implement Order Orchestration rules and workflows to optimize order fulfillment processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to define APIs, interfaces, data migration strategies, and error-handling processes.
Ensure all configurations and customizations comply with Oracle Cloud best practices.
Support testing cycles and provide user training and post-implementation support.

Professional & Technical Experience
Strong understanding of Order Lifecycle Management, Fulfillment Strategies, and Multi-Channel Order Processing.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud and Order Orchestration modules.
Proven ability to configure and implement Order Broker workflows and Orchestration rules.
Experience in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and translating business requirements into functional designs.
Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data migration processes within Oracle Cloud applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across business and IT.
