- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document software configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and customization within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software engineering tasks.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
