Key Responsibilities

Designing, Developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
The role involves developing custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC). The developer should have strong experience in creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, workflows, and approval processes to automate business requirements.
The candidate should be capable of writing efficient Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs while ensuring high code quality and maintaining Salesforce development best practices.
The developer will work extensively with Lightning Web Components to build modern and responsive user interfaces. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Lightning development is essential.
Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Implement custom workflows, triggers, and automation to optimize business processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
Manage version control, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
Stay current with Salesforce releases and ensure alignment with platform best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP).
Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS for front-end development in LWC.
Strong problem-solving.

Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Required
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I – Required
(Optional/Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Integration Architect certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (SFDX, Gearset, Copado).
Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
Strong understanding of governor limits, test coverage, and deployment best practices.
