Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in their development and helping them navigate complex project challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies. - Ability to design and implement process automation solutions. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
