As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the business objectives and user needs. Summary: As an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant, you will leverage your deep domain expertise to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financial solutions tailored to meet complex business process requirements. Your typical day will involve engaging with key stakeholders to gather and analyze financial requirements, driving data conversion strategies, and delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple financial modules. You will play a critical role in leading data conversion mapping activities, ensuring seamless migration of financial data while maintaining data integrity and alignment with business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery within Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion Financials, providing strategic guidance across all financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses.
Lead end-to-end data conversion mapping activities, ensuring accurate and complete migration of financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data conversion strategies, mapping templates, and validation frameworks.
Drive key decisions related to financial module configurations, data migration approaches, and integration design.
Engage with multiple stakeholder teams — including business, technical, and client groups — to contribute to critical project decisions.
Provide scalable solutions to complex problems that span multiple teams and financial workstreams.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability in Oracle Fusion Finance and data conversion best practices.
Mentor and guide junior consultants to support their professional development and strengthen overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes and best practices.
- Experience with application integration and data migration.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
