Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. 8+ years of working experience in OpenText ECM product suite implementation and support on large scale and complex projects. 2. Minimum 5 years experience of OpenText solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects. 3. Excellent knowledge with OpenText Content Server version 16.x. 4. Excellent knowledge in OpenText ECM products implementation e.g. Content Server, xECM, SAP Archiving and SharePoint AGA. 5. Comprehensive experience in configuring three or more OpenText Content Server modules: Records Management Classifications / RM Classifications Workflows / Advanced Workflows LiveReports / Web Reports Forms Physical Objects 6. Good experience with the OpenText for SAP suite of products (xECM, VIM, EFM and etc) 7. Good experience with OpenText ECM software solutions and similar applications. 8. Good experience with ECM integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools 9. Sound knowledge and experience in implementation of collaborative product e.g. Brava for Content Server, Brava for Microsoft SharePoint, Brava Viewer for SAP, Opentext Rendition Server (Blazon) 10. Hands-on expertise and experience in some of the following solutions, processes, and technologies: Scanning, Document Imaging, Forms Processing and Recognition Classification Systems/Taxonomies, Document Indexing, Document, Records Email, Web Content and Digital Asset Management, Collaboration Security, Privacy, Storage, Long-term Archival, Search, Workflow Publishing, Migration, Replication, Localization, Personalization Backup and Recovery, High Availability, Content Integration, Java development 11. Experience designing and implementing record schedules 12. Developing content/records management, workflow management solutions using OpenText product development environments and APIs and programming languages. 13. Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development for OpenText solutions 14. Leading the team of analyst, developers and testers in delivering OpenText solutions 15. Providing OpenText system(s) demonstrations based on the customer s requirements 16. Strategize and develop complex responses to management or customer and help with and work on proposals. Providing technical oversight and guidance during the project execution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
