Job Description
Role Customer Advisor / Dealer Sales Executive Supervisor Brand Champion / Team Leader Primary Responsibilities PLANNING 1. Creates a activity/target plan for self on a monthly basis to track pipeline, status of each lead and conversion potential PROSPECTING 2. Adheres to the monthly activations plan by product category 3. Execution of market activation activities as planned by Brand champions 4. Liaison with the respective SM and Brand Champion to execute the activity 5. Completes all documentation and collects customer information during the activity in order to open the green form 6. Follows up on the lead allotted after receiving green form with customer Information and conduct home visit / Test Drive as per appointment 7. Plan and adhere to the schedule of test drive SALES PROCESS 8. Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the customer 9. Position TML products according to the identified need of the customer 10. Address all questions/objection by the customer and involve Brand Champion in case not able to address the questions 11. Conduct the test drive for each customer as per the standards defined 12. Continuous follow up with the customer at each stage to convert the yellow form to sale 13. Gets commitment sheet signed off with the customer after booking of the vehicle 14. Confirms the booking by accepting booking amount, opening yellow form and completing all document requirements 15. Calculates the estimated time of delivery and explains the delivery processes to the customer 16. Schedule delivery time with customer and confirms after discussion with the delivery manager 17. Follows up with the customer at each stage of selling and collects documents/payments as required 18. Communicates with the customer in case of any changes to the delivery time, pending documents, balance payment CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT 19. Follow up and close all customer complaints 20. Provide inputs to brand champions for lost customer analysis KPI's Revenue Enhancement 1. Actual vehicle sales against targets 2. Total conversion ratio (green form to retail) 3. Accessories, VAS target achieved 4. % Extn. Warranty target achieved 5. % TMI Insurance penetration achieved 6. % Sales through TMA Conversion Competency 1.
